I saw this Jan. 6th photo from New Orleans......
which made me think of this Jan. 3rd photo from Baghdad....
Then I saw this scene last night on Nightline in which they reported that in the "mostly deserted" Baghdad Dora neighborhood, "virtually every door" had markings to show "coalition forces have gone in and cleared the area of insurgents."
And in New Orleans....
